It is November 28th, today I am 33 years old, thank you God for everything I have in my life. I want to share with you what I have learned in my past 32 years.
Family is always number one and always the highest priority.
Grandparents are a walking treasure; they shower you with love, emotional stories, yummy food and good advice. If you're lucky that they are still around, make sure to spend as much time with them as possible.
Be nice and a role model to your siblings / nieces / nephews and love your family.
If it can be solved with money, then it is not a real problem, it is just a hard time.
Love and appreciate the simple life, believe me it is how you will live the real happiness.
Surround yourself with people that are smarter than you are.
NEVER neglect yourself; use beauty products that are good match for your skin, eat healthy and go to the gym, your body is your most valuable asset.
Don't make enemies, make friends. Yet, sometimes it will be all right not to please everyone.
You can't always win, but don't let it from keeping you from trying really hard.
Sympathizing makes you a good person. Be nice to humans and animals, and don't take a part in polluting mother nature.
It is okay not to know the answer of everything, yet don't be a fool and not google it when you finish the conversation.
Set a goal for yourself that you can't achieve easily, then work super hard to achieve it, how else are you going to develop.
Don't take anything for granted, this includes friends, connections and jobs.
Invest in yourself; it is never late to learn something totally new and not related to your experience or current job. In the last three years, I learned hand palm reading, planting cactus, dancing, yoga, reading body language and I was a Vet Assistant for 8 months.
Facing your fears is the only way to get over them.
By this time, you should be already prepared a 30 second pitch about yourself AKA 30 Second Elevator Pitch.
If you are invited to an event or a party, try to know the background of the invited people, if you knew their occupation or interest you can google a cool article about that and enjoy a good conversation with them.
Get out of your comfort zone and try out new things, If you never went on hiking, rafting, cycling, sky diving, eating new type of food, etc. then it is better to start now.
It is only okay to be lazy / couch potato on Fridays, and not for more than five hours.
Make "donating money to the needy" a habit. إن الصدقَةَ تُطْفِئُ غَضَبَ الرَّبِّ، وتَدْفَعُ مِيتَة السُّوءِ
It is okay to cry when you are sad, just don't make it habit or let it control your life. Create a supporting system to be there for you during hard times, that could be a sister / cousin / best-friend.
Take lots and lots of picture with family, friends, people / things you love, they are the best support during rough times.
People who work with animals are always different and special in a good way; try to make friends with them.
Know your passion.
Know yourself, what makes you happy / sad / angry / etc., and understand why you behave and act the way you do.
You must achieve the hard equation of Work / Life / Fun Balance.
Everyone has a "specific way" of how to deal with; you will be blessed if you knew the keys of the ones surrounding you at work.
Your past doesn't decide / control your current life or future.
Living alone is hard, but it is better than living with someone you don't like / love.
ALWAYS thank God for what you have, add سجود الشكر to your daily habits.
Be better than your yesterday's self.
Think for yourself, listen to other's advice, and then decide.
